TERMS OF SALE

1. We do not issue a list of prices realized, but a list of "UNSOLD" lots will be sent to all bidders after the auction.

2. Any lots unsold on the sale closing date will be offered at the estimate and will be sold on a first-come, first- served basis.

3. All lots are guaranteed as described. Lots incorrectly described can be returned within 8 days of sale.

4. Each lot is sold as genuine. When, in the opinion of any competent authority mutually acceptable to FRANCE INTERNATIONAL and the purchaser, a lot is declared otherwise, the purchase price will be refunded. FRANCE INTERNATIONAL should be informed if the opinion is not expected within 8 days of receipt of the lot.

5. We reserve the right to withdraw any lot. We reserve the right to refuse any bid that we will feel "unreasonable."

PAYMENT:

1. Payment should be made upon receipt of the invoice.

2. Lots are mailed after funds are received except:

a. For customers known to us and at our discretion.

b. To expedite shipments, we recommend that you indicate your credit card number and expiration date on

the bid sheet. We will charge your credit card as we mail the lots.

PHOTOCOPIES

1. Photocopies are available FREE OF CHARGE for up to 5 lots. Additional photocopies are available at 25 cents per lot (payable in cash or stamps only, no checks please).

2. Photocopies can also be FAXED worldwide, within 24 hours of receipt of your request at only $1 per page. The amount must be charged to a VISA or MasterCard (minimum $5). Postal viewing is NOT available.

QUALITY: All lots are in nice quality considering the period of issue unless otherwise described. We take good care of what we sell and will never write, even in pencil, on covers as we have seen some auction houses do. Lots are very carefully packaged when mailed to you.

VACATIONS: Do not hesitate to bid because you are afraid that a mailing will be made to you during a vacation. If you are planning any vacation, please indicate it on your bid sheet.
